The Missionary War

(Let's invade Iraq with our Bible Thumpers)

Have you ever wonder why Christian missionaries are willing to go off their way to convey the divine message of Christianity to the so-called sinners? What is the real story behind the religious missions to begin with?

You should either invade a nation's "homeland" with your "soldiers", or a nation's "mind" with your "missionaries" first, before you can rob them of whatever they have for your own prosperity. These barbaric historical phenomena are the verity of our past and the present. We know well what the White Man did to the aboriginals of the great continents of America, Africa, and Australia. We are knowledgeable enough to understand how the Christian White Man converted the North, Central, and South American aboriginals to Christianity first, before he was able to take control of the entire land.

To tell the truth, both, statesmen and missionaries, have played the game of human exploitation side by side during the course of human history. The same story is true about the invasion of Islam to the homelands of the infidels in 7th and 8th centuries. In this case, Muslims used the Arabian curved sword first, before they were able to convert the infidels to Islam.

The crusade and jihad to convert the whole world to Christianity or Islam have been accompanied by the holy means of exploitation, deception and persecution. The exploitation of the native people by the resource-hungry invaders called missionaries, has brought about the persecution of the most ruthless and relentless kind, including the theft of the native land, the stripping of their cultures, and the all-embracing enslavement of their population. Today, this enslavement is still carried on by the Christian missionaries in a greater extent compared to their counter parts, the Islamic evangelists, because of the fact that the Christian missionaries are wealthier and live in industrial countries.

History repeats itself. We still keep exploiting each other as we did centuries ago. Put it this way, it is the same crap of human exploitation but with a different colour in this day and age. Ethiopia is a good example in our modern world. There are about 12 million Homo sapiens in Ethiopia who are starving to death due to the famine nowadays. Ethiopia has been struggling with droughts and famine on and off for decades if not centuries. The modern Western world of the 20th Century treated Ethiopia as another evangelistic ground to spread Christianity while the Ethiopian indigenous tribal people starved to death.

Throughout the last century, the Christian missionaries in Ethiopia were involved in new translations of the Bible into Arnharic and other Ethiopian native languages, Bible teaching and dictionaries, evangelism, preparing Bible commentaries, religious magazines and other religious literature. This was done while Ethiopians were starving to death, the best vulnerable condition to surrender to Christianity or Islam. Of course in the interim the West kept the Ethiopians alive by providing some sort of humanitarian aid. After all, you need to be alive to read any "Holey" book.

To many of us, Ethiopia is synonymous with famine. It was 1984 famine when 800,000 Ethiopians died during the notorious drought. The disaster brought some donations raised by some Western countries and the Live Aid rock concert in 1985 from sales of the song "We Are the World." Ruthlessly, the Christian missionaries continued their "holey" mission, Bible teaching, during 1980's while Ethiopians needed water and food more than anything else including the new versions of the Bible.

History teaches us that the invasion of a nation's mind fanatically by missionaries is more effective than the invasion of the homeland with soldiers in order to achieve exploitation. This could be a good lesson for President George W. Bush to invade Iraq with his American evangelists rather than with soldiers.
