Religion has been called a mind virus. That's not right. Viruses are very simple bits of code. Modern religions are something else. They are much more sophistcated. They are trojans. They sell themselves as the source of morality, they will wash your hard drive free of sins and make you happy for ever but once you download them you will have a very hard job getting rid of them.
If you have managed to rid yourself of one of these infections and want help in keeping your mind free of others you can get help. Be on the lookout for suspicious mind virus activity. Do not let down your defences. Do not accept faith as a virtue. Do not take anything on authority, check it. Those who are telling the truth don't mind if you check out what they say. Be wary of people who dress up in special costumes and call themselves by special names. Truth does not need a special hat, an unquestionable magic tome or a magic wand. Beware of people who write, and worse, speak, in capital letters. Any word which needs to be put on a box is probably being abused.
