This site is several years old. In that time some pages have been less effective than others, some have been superseded, duplicated, been overtaken by events or represent blind alleys of thinking. Rather than delete them and create an “Error 404” I have decided to leave them in place but remove inbound links to them from the main submenu pages.

So here they are, for reference, for curiosity and for me to plunder to make better pages in the future. If you find them less good than the other pages don't say I didn't warn you. If you want to discuss the content of these pages feel free, I may still be interested in some of the themes, but don't expect me to defend every line.

Material consigned to this section may re-emerge later, either in the same form or recycled into a new page.
